Mr. Cichocki has been a real estate investor since 1991, and has been active in the Greater Orlando market since 1999. Mr. Cichocki began working as a licensed commercial sales agent in 2002, building a sales and leasing portfolio worth $4.4 million in his first year. After only two years as a sales associate with NAI Realvest, Mr. Cichocki was named a Partner in 2005.
Mr. Cichocki specializes in sales and leasing of retail and office properties; land sales and site selection. His experience includes evaluation of land and its suitability for entitlements and development; retail and office tenant representation; and investment property sales and acquisitions.
Mr. Cichocki also served 10 years as a Marine Corps Fighter pilot, and as a B-737 Captain with Delta Airlines.
