Over twelve years of experience in commercial real estate in the Treasure Valley. Prior to real estate, Ray worked in the food industry for 20 years managing technical assignments. Ray also spent six years consulting in the food industry including development, plant site selection and construction.
Ray has been with NAI Kowallis and Mackey for ten years specializing in retail services. Ray has built a reputation as a problem solver and opportunity developer.
Ray is active in several charities and has done pro bono real estate work for a homeless shelter and a homeless services provider.
Publications include two articles on Boise retail in Western Real Estate Business and a real estate column in the Idaho Business Review starting in November, 2008. |

Located a 3 acre site for the local Harley Davidson dealership
Helped develop two strip centers for a Papa Murphy's franchisee and completed leasing
Found locations locally for Keva Juice and helped them with NAI brokers across the country (18 deals to date).
