As President of NAI ReStore, David Solomon serves as the worldwide leader for NAI Global retail services. He works closely with NAI retail professionals and clients to increase their speed and efficiency in the acquisition, leasing and sale of retail properties. NAI ReStore leverages the local market knowledge and expertise of NAI retail specialists worldwide and NAI Global’s well established infrastructure and technology to provide comprehensive site selection, tenant representation, acquisition, disposition, investment sales, valuation and project management services. NAI ReStore also leverages NAI Market Analytics state of the art geo-demographic mapping and customer segmentation solutions to support retailers’ expansion around the world.
Solomon has extensive experience as a retail real estate advisor and retailer. In 1990 he founded a brokerage firm that would become one of the largest retail tenant representation and property management firms in the United States. He later founded the 20-store Israel franchise of Toys “R” Us. Solomon also founded a nationwide chain of DVD kiosks that operated inside leading retailers such as Albertson’s and Barnes & Noble College Bookstores. It was sold in 2006 to an affiliate of McDonald’s that now has over 4,000 units nationwide.
Additionally, Solomon’s family has invested in and owned numerous shopping centers and was among the founding investors in retail companies such as Zany Brainy and Mid-Atlantic Restaurant Systems (the largest Boston Chicken franchisee). He has worked with a wide range of leading retailers as an advisor and as a principal during periods of rapid growth to better manage the real estate process and add value to their portfolios.

He enables companies to navigate through a number of pragmatic steps to achieve their primary goal: “Understand who your customer is today, in order to plan for your customer of tomorrow.” Anderson works with leading retailers, consumer goods organizations and financial institutions to help optimize their store and distribution networks. He has developed a holistic approach that includes analysis of detailed geo-demographic data, customers and competitors, to produce a cohesive vision to keep the network the correct size, in the right locations, targeting the right people at the right price points. Prior to joining NAI, Anderson spent 14 years at Scotiabank in various senior roles in both domestic retail banking and international distribution network planning. He has tremendous knowledge related to global financial services and retailing distribution trends, strategic approaches, product knowledge, customer trends, merchandising/way finding development, customer analytics and assessing market potential and growth. In addition, he has direct work experience in the United States, Mexico, Europe and the Caribbean.

 David Blanchard, Executive Vice President, is a member of the Executive Committee, Leadership Board and other key committees in and throughout NAI Global. For more than 24 years he has given strong leadership and direction to the overall philosophy, programs, and processes for NAI Global's international strategic initiatives. He provides leadership throughout the NAI enterprise while primarily interfacing with and doing training among more than 8,000 brokers and agents that serve in our 375 offices. David also has primary responsibility domestic new member recruiting, orientation and training of new members, contract negotiation and renewal, conflict resolution, and quality control.
Mr. Blanchard played a founding role in the creation of NAI Global's specialty council program which serves Industrial, Office, Investment, Retail, Land and CREST (Corporate Services Real Estate Team) Council members worldwide. He serves as the Director / Advisor of the Retail Council and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He continues in an oversight capacity for all of NAI Global's specialty councils and programs.
